Privacy Policy
CryptoDeposit Tracker is operated by Rave Fusions Inc. We process personal information only to provide the service described on this site: wallet deposit monitoring, Google account authorization, subscription access, and related reporting.
Information we collect
- Google account email address used to sign in and complete the OAuth flow.
- Google OAuth access and refresh tokens required to create the Apps Script, spreadsheet, and script triggers.
- Account data such as name, email address, password hash, subscription status, and installation metadata. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
- Wallet notification content and parsed transaction details used to detect deposits, including sender information, subject lines, BTC/CAD amounts, and timestamps.
- Log and error data generated by the system while monitoring and processing wallet activity.
- If you use website chat, your messages, conversation history, request category, unmet feature requests, the IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and any email address you provide.
How we use it
- To validate a licensed user and complete the setup/install process.
- To connect your Google account and deploy the required Apps Script and spreadsheet.
- To monitor wallet emails and record deposit activity for your configured plans and wallets.
- To operate the admin dashboard, manage subscription status, and troubleshoot issues.
- If you use the optional website chat, to answer product questions, review feature requests, and contact you if you provide an email address for a follow-up.
Website chat
If enabled, the website chat sends your messages and recent conversation history to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply and classify product questions. Chat transcripts, categories, feature requests, the IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and any email address you provide are stored in our application database for up to 90 days, then removed the next time the chat service runs. IP addresses explicitly blocked by an administrator are retained until unblocked. We may email the site administrator when a chat includes an unmet feature request or an email address. Do not share passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or other sensitive information in chat. For account-specific support, contact support@cryptodeposittracker.com.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. Deposit records and activity logs are stored securely in the application database to power your web dashboard, forecasts, and CSV exports, and are synced to the Google Sheet created in your Google Drive. Access is restricted to your account and authenticated administrators for operational support.
Data protection and security measures
- All traffic to and from the site, including the Google OAuth flow, is encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS.
- Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in the application database and are never exposed to the browser or included in client-side code.
- Wallet notification content and parsed transaction details are stored securely in your web application database and synced to your connected Google Sheet; we do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
- Access to stored account and token data is restricted to the application's backend systems and authenticated administrators; there is no public access to raw account or token data.
- Password hashes use a one-way, salted hashing algorithm and are never stored or logged in plain text.
- Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You may revoke access and request deletion of your account data and stored Google tokens at any time; see "Your choices" below.
Cookies and session data
The site may use browser session cookies to maintain login state and CSRF protection for administrative and installation flows.
Your choices
You may revoke the Google OAuth access in your Google account at any time. If you want your account data removed, contact the site administrator and request account deletion or data removal.
